I bought 50 of these to make sweatbands for 4th graders. The bands came with a piece of thick paper in each headband. I was easily able to use HTV on them. You can see the sewn seam through the vinyl some. The fabric is thin. I can see it through it a little. I wouldn’t buy these for gym use. They won’t hold sweat. They are great as a headband for holding hair back and for short term use. I would recommend these for children as the sizing wasn’t too comfortable for my big head.
